Who we are.....
Smith's Footwear, a family shoe shop on Main Street Cavan where we carry ranges of footwear to suit the entire family.
We stock the well known comfort fashion brand Rieker and have done so for over 25 years.
We also pride ourselves that we have built up a reputation for correctly fitting Children's shoes , giving parents the best advise and carry the Start Rite brand to enable us to do this......Along with 85 years doing it.
There has been a shoe shop at 44 Main Street since 1936 when Peter Mullen and his wife Elizabeth opened a shoe shop there.
My father started working for the Mullen's in 1950 and went on to buy the business upon their retirement in 1972. We are just after celebrating our 50th Year in business in 2022.
